Growing up in the South Waikato and Piako area, Trardyn Lunn & Eden Bullot are proud to call this area home and in 2017 after 10 years in the building industry, Trardyn decided it was now time to establish his own business and provide his skills and experience to clients.
Lunn Builders specialises in New Builds, Alterations, Renovations and light Commercial projects. We take immense pride in our work and our attention to detail is at a top standard. With having great relationships with local suppliers and the ability to project manage, we can guarantee a straightforward quality build no matter the job. Trardyn has been in the building industry for over 15 years starting off as an apprentice and working his way up to owning his own business. Trardyn comes with a vast knowledge of the building industry and is always eager to learn about new products coming onto the market. Trardyn is passionate when it comes to his jobs evident in his high standard of craftsmanship, he enjoys creating that special space for his clients and seeing the plan on paper come to life. He is your go to guy for any building queries and quotes.
When Trardyn is not on the tools he enjoys spending time with his young family and getting out on the water for a dive and fish
Eden Bullot
Managing Director
Accounts and Administration
Eden is the person behind the scenes. She is responsible for all the administrative areas of the business. Eden is currently training to become a quantity surveyor so that she can help with quoting and managing building sites which she is very eager to be part of.
When Eden is not in the office she is running around after her and Trardyn’s three young children and making sure that home life is running smoothly.
Corbin Matthew
Apprentice
Corbin has been with us for a year and a half. He is well on his way to becoming a respectable tradesman and is enjoying learning all the tricks of the trade.
When Corbin is not at work, he enjoys playing rugby for his local team the Putaruru A’s.
